We are extremely proud to announce Ross Offshore as our newest customer. The company recently merged with Odfjell Well Management and will provide clients with a spectrum of services from qualified professionals to assuming the role as the “in-house” drilling and well department.

As well as providing Ross Offshore with their document management system, we are also developing a custom-built human resources decision tool scheduled to be completed by the end of October.

10th of January, 2011: New office for WellOffice.net

Some of our employees have moved into a new office this month. While the majority still reside at and work for A/S Norske Shell, the new department will handle all of our new customers.

Centrally placed just outside Stavanger city, we are now able to reach all customers in the Stavanger region in a matter of minutes. We hope this move will help us take care of our customers even better, as well as making the WellOffice.net™ Suite applicable to a wider audience.

If you plan a meeting with us in the future, there is a good chance it will take place at the new office.

The first international rollout of WellOffice™ Rig Logistics Management solution – Pilot for Shell NL (NAM) November 5th 2010

We have now installed the first Rig Logistics Management (RLM) for an international account. Shell NL will use the application to deliver materials and consumables for the rig Noble Hans Duel.

The RLM pilot will include the base in Den Helder and two vendors, and will start January 2011 to support the wells operations.

Flinke Folk AS delivers WellOffice™ Training Matrix to the first international account; Shell UK and Shell NL.

On the 15th of September 2010 we installed Flinke Folk´s first international contract for the web application Training Matrix.

Shell UK and Shell NL, together with A/S Norske Shell Wells operation, are now using Training Matrix to manage training courses and personal training records.

The customer may now offer staff their own web page to store personal training records and to view training requirements for their position.

This is a great improvement to the management of training in Shell’s international well operations.
